Easy Vegemite Scrolls (Egg Free)

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
1 Cup Plain or Greek Yogurt
Vegemite
1/2 Cup Grated Tasty Cheese
METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and flour until properly mixed in. 
Flour a surface and roll out the dough to make a rectangle that is approximately 25 x 20 cm. Dough should be about 1.5cm - 2cm thick. 
Spread vegemite over the rolled out dough. (I spread it only slightly thicker than I would normally spread on my toast) Leaving about 2cm of one of the long edges clear. Then sprinkle the grated cheese over the vegemite spread. 
Roll up the dough from the long edge.
Place the rolled up scroll into the freezer for about 10 minutes. This makes the dough easier to cut without squashing the scrolls. Once dough is slightly firm, cut 3cm discs and place flat onto a baking sheet.  Bake for 12- 15 minutes. 
NOTES
There are loads of flavour combinations you can try. You can always try Basil pesto with roast Pumpkin and parmesan or even a sweet option of apple and cinnamon with vanilla paste or brown sugar.
